in Peter Brock re-joining the Holden Dealer Team in1977. It did not
eventuate and again Brock raced as a privateer, but this time entered
as Bill Paterson Racing.
The 1977 season consisted of 11 rounds, of which Brock raced
7 of those in the L34.
Up against the very quick XB Falcons of Moffat and Bond, Brock
was able to finish his L34 on the podium 5 time with 1 race win.
Continuing the season in the newly developed A9X Brock finished
the 1977 ATCC in third place.

Biante Model Cars are very pleased to present the 1:43 Scale Holden Racing Team VF Commodore Garth Tander / Warren Luff 2015 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 Launch Car.

The Holden Racing Team #2 2015 Bathurst challenger will always be remembered for it’s striking livery. Late in September in the build up to the Great Race, Garth Tander and HRT unveiled a menacing Star Wars: The Force Awakens livery to much fan fare which was the first activation of a collaboration between Holden and The Walt Disney Company Australia and New Zealand.

The predominantly black racing livery featured the new character Kylo Ren and his lightsaber on one side of the car, and a First Order Stormtrooper on the other – Kylo Ren and the Stormtrooper replacing the iconic HRT driver and lion.

Produced in die-cast, this model replicates the Bathurst launch livery and was delivered in advance for the event.

Biante Model Cars are very pleased to present the 1:43 Scale Holden Racing Team VF Commodore James Courtney / Jack Perkins 2015 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 Launch Car.

Holden Racing Team fans stopped in their tracks when HRT and Garth Tander unveiled their special Star Wars: The Force Awakens livery that would be raced by Tander and his co-driver Warren Luff at Bathurst. After Tander’s dark side of the force livery was revealed, all eyes then turned to what livery team mate James Courtney would be running with his co-driver Jack Perkins.

Around a week later on September 30, car 22 was revealed to special HRT guests which featured a lighter livery in contrast to Tander’s predominantly black challenger. While the car was launched with Courtney’s name on the window as lead driver, the big question on everyone’s lips was whether James would actually be able to drive the car at the mountain a week later due to his injuries sustained earlier in the season an Sydney Motorsport Park.

Unfortunately for James and HRT, he was unable to recover from his injuries in time with an announcement being made on the Wednesday prior to the event so Russell Ingall was again called up to the team to co-drive with Perkins stepping in to take the lead driver seat as they had at the previous Sandown 500 event.
