Late in 1970, Ford replaced the XW range with the new XY range. As with the XW, a GT was also released. By the first half of 1971, a GT-H0, the Phase 3 was delivered. This GT-HO was a true supercar and with a top speed of over 140mph was the fastest four door sedan in the world at the time. Approximately 300 XY GT-HO Phase 3 Falcons were produced.
The Phase 3 comes with the top of the line interior with 140mph speedometer and an 8000rpm tachometer. It also sports the protruding aircleaner scoop in the bonnet famously known as a “shaker”.
Preorders close Monday 2nd March and a phone number is required.
Features include opening doors and bonnet, full race interior, engine and chassis detail.
In 1984 Dick Johnson envisioned the Ford Mustang GT as a car that could be competitive under the new Group A racing rules scheduled for 1985. He tracked down two in Germany and took them back to his Queensland workshops for an engine rebuild and thorough race fitout.
Although Johnson described the car as one of the best handling and braking cars he has ever driven, the lack of engine power meant that during the 1985 ATCC season the car was not as competitive as he’d hoped.
After qualifying 3rd for the 1985 Bathurst 1000, Dick Johnson and Larry Perkins finished seventh in their Palmer Tube Mills Ford Mustang GT, four laps down from the winning John Goss Jaguar XJ-S.
“The Mustang was a great little car. It’s just unfortunate the power-to-weight ratio was not the most desirable, but the handling, braking and stability was superb. It was a damn good car…” – Dick Johnson.

Without a shadow of a doubt, 2019 was an incredibly successful season for the team, winning the Bathurst 1000 along with both the Drivers and Teams Championships.
Superstar driver Scott McLaughlin lead the way, breaking numerous records across the year to finish as not only a back to back champion but also as the driver to claim the most wins in a season in ATCC / Supercars history.

Beautifully designed and presented, this soft cover book includes everything from the team’s 2019 season covered over 192 pages. Simply put, Dick Johnson is Australian racing royalty, a hero to Ford fans everywhere and his DJR Sierra’s were widely regarded as the best on the planet.
The 1988 Australian Touring Car Championship season was a dominant one for DJR, with both Johnson and teammate John Bowe winning 8 of the 9 rounds for the year to finish 1-2 in the championship.
To this day, Johnson still has fond memories of this car and the dominant era for his team; “Those Sierras were the best Touring Cars on the planet, and we were completely and totally on top of our game.”
One of the first historic touring cars to be produced for the Australian market in the impressively large 1:12 Scale, this model is scheduled to be produced by Authentic Collectables in high quality sealed body resin with clear windows and detailed interior. Drivers: Cam Waters / Richie Stanaway
This 1:12 Scale model is scheduled to be produced by Authentic Collectables in high quality sealed body resin with clear windows and detailed interior. It will be produced in a limited edition with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
Short of winning the Bathurst 1000, there’s probably no better race to take your first race win than an event with as much historical significance in Australian racing as the Sandown 500 – and that’s exactly what Cam Waters and Richie Stanaway did in 2017.
Starting from pole, the young dynamic duo were the in-form drivers for the weekend and ultimately won the race by only 6-tenths over a fast finishing Scott McLaughlin to have their names etched in the record books alongside Australia’s most illustrious racing royalty.
DJR Team Penske
#12 Pirtek Ford FGX Falcon
2016 WD-40 Phillip Island Supersprint
Driver: Fabian Coulthard
After a successful 4-year stint with Brad Jones Racing which earned him a number of race wins and podiums, Fabian Coulthard joined DJR Team Penske in 2016 as a big name recruit for the team.
While the 2016 season ultimately proved to be a development year for the team and Coulthard coming up to speed with the FGX, there were still glimpses of the success that would eventually come with a pole at Adelaide and his first podium for the team at Phillip Island in the Falcon featuring this iconic blue Pirtek livery that looks absolutely magnificent.
Supercheap Auto Racing
#55 Ford FGX Falcon
2018 Vodafone Gold Coast 600 Winner
Drivers: Chaz Mostert / James Moffat
Many will remember the 2018 Gold Coast 600 being rained out on the Sunday for it to be declared a no-race (the first in championship history) but others may remember the superb driving performance put in by Chaz Mostert and James Moffat to win on the day before.
In a chaotic race full of pit lane drama, Mostert and Moffat simply dominated the day, ultimately winning the race by 9.5 seconds over Craig Lowndes and Steven Richards.
As an added display feature, this model will also include a scale replica of the impressive Gold Coast 600 race winning surfboard trophy.
